Price of Screen Room, Patio Room Do It Yourself Kit includes screen frames and hold down brackets, sliding screen door and hardware, hub(s), roof support poles and brackets, metal tube tips and soft vinyl roof.

Customer provides their own screws to secure the hold-down brackets to deck or patio. This approach is taken because the manufacturer does not know whether the Screen Room, Patio Room Do It Yourself Kit is being attached to a wood or concrete patio.

Optional lawn kit can be purchased if placing Screen Room, Patio Room Do It Yourself Kit on a lawn. (see options page).
