Structural Deck and Balcony Railing Specifications

We offer consumers low-maintenance solutions to any Deck and Balcony Railing application. They are made from pre-finished aluminum, which will not rust or rot and provide years of maintenance free beauty.

The Deck and Balcony Railing is available in a picket and glass rail configuration. We have the style that will best suit your home. All Deck and Balcony Railing systems are custom designed and made to your specifications.

Our Deck and Balcony Railing systems are available in the following heights 18”, 24”, 36” 42”. Check your local building code as they may have railing height requirements for decks or balconies over a certain distance above the ground. Custom heights may be available upon request.

Deck and Balcony Railing systems come with either the 3” x 3” or 4” x 4” post system. The posts are secured to your deck with a cast aluminum base and 4 lag bolts (not provided) that are either 4” or 5” centres depending on the size of the post. The casting and post tops are covered with an ABS cap.

Each Deck and Balcony Railing system is custom manufactured to your specifications. The maximum distance between posts is 6”. Sections are preassembled in the factory based on your measurements and are installed to the posts on site.

Gates together with hinges and latches are available in 36” and 42” heights.

Deck and Balcony Picket Railing
The extrusions are 6035-T5 structural aluminum alloy. Dimensions vary depending on the client’s choice of design. Pickets are placed at maximum 3 3/4” centers and the following designs are available:

Glass Deck and Balcony Railing

Glass Deck and Balcony railing is available in either clear or the optional tinted glass. This system is available with a handrail in the 3” x 3” posts system or the “All-View” glass in the 4” x 4” post railing system with no hand rail. The maximum distance between posts on the later system is 4’. On the others it is 6’.
