Sunroom Installed on a Home

Most caulked joints will remain water-tight for years. However, an annual inspection of the caulked joints is recommended. If any joints are leaking the old caulking should be removed, the area cleaned well and the joint re-caulked.

Sunroom Installed on a Trailer

It would be advisable to check the level of your deck and trailer a couple of times a year to ensure they are level and adjust them if necessary. If your Sunroom contains glass, adjustments should be made very cautiously in order to avoid cracking the glass.
