Acrylic Sunroom Roof

We offer an optional roof for our model 100, 200, 300, 350 Sunrooms.  If you prefer a lot of light instead of an insulated aluminum roof we can provide you with an Acrylic Roof which allows approximately 45% of the light in, reflects about 75% of the heat and blocks the harmful UV rays.

Our Acrylic Roof Sunroom made from high impact DEGLAS acrylic glazing provides an expanse of soft filtered light and reduces the heat that you would normally find in plastic or glass roof sunrooms. The dripless coating provides a high gloss sheen which helps the rain have a natural cleaning effect. At night the Acrylic Roof will reflect a significant amount of the light in the room and make it much brighter.

The roof extrusions are designed with water “troughs” which direct water to the built-in gutter.

DEGLAS won’t degrade like fibreglass, polycarbonate and PVC alternatives. DEGLAS will not yellow over time and is engineered for overhead use. It is a safer alternative to glass.

This roof system can also be used for Patio and Deck covers

Each unit is built in the factory to the customer’s requirements and assembled on site.
